Confusion, confusion: The coin was flipped twice over
Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat. They made a total score of 274 with M Jayawardene scoring a 103 of just 88 balls.
Kumara Sangakara scored 48 runs before being dismissed by Yuvraj Singh:
Ouch: Sachin Tendulkar was caught behind by Sangakara after scoring just 18.
Finishing it in style: Mahendra Singh Dhoni was vindicated in his decision to move up the order despite a poor showing through the tournament. The skipper scored 91, including the match-winning runs.
