This academy will certainly help young kids who would want to take Cricket as their career option. It has a spring session in the month of September and a summer session in the month of December, both consisting of five days each.
Clarke’s statement on the website reads as follows:
“My dream is to help the next generation of young Cricketers achieve their dreams. The Michael Clarke Cricket Academy is a five-day, live-in camp based on my personal training regime and how I prepare both on and off the field. You will learn what it takes to make it to the International arena. When you graduate you’ll be a member of my own elite team. Are you ready?”
Many people including former Everton forward Tim Cahill have congratulated and wished him luck ahead of this new venture.
Congratulations @MClarke23 great to see you giving back to the future of Australia. #ClarkeAcademy @TC4Academy #proudaussie

Recently in an interview, Clarke had talked about the infamous homework-gate that destabilised the team during their disastrous tour of India where they lost the series 4-0. He also stated that he is not a huge fan of day-night Tests which could take place sooner.
