Mitchell Johnson: No plans of letting England off the hook
The Ashes is the most fiercely contested series in world cricket. Often, the series is not only about the cricket. Things often boil over, which was evident in the first test, just recently concluded.
The Aussie skipper, Micheal Clarke has been fined 20% of his match fees, following an altercation with English pace man, James Anderson. However, man of the match Mitchell Johnson claims that they have no intention of easing up, and will continue to use it as a potent weapon to get under the skin of their opposition.
He said,”I think it’s worked for us. I definitely think that they’re rattled by it. They don’t like it at all”
“Obviously their coach has come out and wanted a truce from what I’ve heard. That’s not going to change from our end.” he added.
Australia will look to drive home the advantage, after a convincing display in the first test, where they won by 381 runs.
