"There is a realistic chance of winning"- Aakash Chopra after India's aggressive show on Day 4 of 2nd Test vs BAN
Former cricketer Aakash Chopra felt that it was a manic Monday filled with a lot of action. He opined that the match moved at a rapid pace, and India gave themselves a realistic chance of winning the game on the final day. Speaking on Colors Cineplex, Chopra said:
"If you see it from Test cricket's point of view, this was manic Monday. If you break all your perceptions one after the other, you realize that the game is moving forward very quickly. They have brought themselves into a situation where there is a realistic chance of winning. We were saying it was impossible but possible is hidden in impossible."
He continued:
"On bowler-friendly pitches, the game moves fast and something is happening always because the pitch is like that. Nothing was happening here. When you create something from nothing, it leaves you stunned. When you see 150 years of a format, and see someone scoring 50 runs in three overs, then the fastest 100, and then the fastest 200, this was sensational stuff."
