“Bhai Bhai” - Sarfaraz Khan shares a video practicing alongside brother Musheer ahead of Buchi Babu tournament on Instagram Stories
Indian cricketer Sarfaraz Khan took to Instagram to share a video of him training hard in nets with his brother Musheer Khan ahead of the Buchi Babu tournament on Wednesday, August 14. The Buchi Babu tournament will commence on Thursday, August 15, in Tamil Nadu.
Mumbai is in Group C alongside Haryana and TNCA XI. They will face Haryana in the first game on August 15. Meanwhile, the final game of the tournament will be played from September 8 to 11.
Ahead of the game, Sarfaraz Khan shared a video of himself putting in hard work in the nets alongside his brother Musheer Khan. Sharing the video on Instagram Stories, he wrote:
“Bhai Bhai.”

After years of hard work, Sarfaraz Khan made his India debut earlier this year in the Test series against England. The 26-year-old scored 200 runs in five innings at an average of 50. He also smashed three half-centuries, with 68 being his highest score.
Sarfaraz has been scoring heavily in first-class cricket for Mumbai, amassing 4,112 runs in 48 games at an average of 68.53. The Indian cricketer has 14 centuries to his name.

Musheer Khan made his first-class debut in a game against Saurashtra in 2022. In six first-class games, he has amassed 529 runs at an average of 58.77, with 203* being his best.
The right-handed batter was also part of the 2024 Indian Under-19 World Cup squad. The Men in Blue lost the final against Australia by 79 runs. Musheer had a decent tournament; the 19-year-old scored 360 runs, including two centuries, in seven games. He also picked up seven wickets in the tournament.
