Calcutta Football League 2024 Points Table: Updated standings on July 25
On Thursday, July 25, Measurers Club and BSS Sporting Club squared off in the 76th match of the Calcutta Football League 2024. Kidderpore SC and United Sports Club locked horns in the 77th match while Mohammedan SC and Patha Chakra faced off in the next.
Suruchi Sangha are currently ranked first in the points, having won five out of seven games. They have drawn one game and lost one.
Diamond Harbour are holding the second position, having drawn one out of five games. They registered their fourth win against Measurers Club after losing 1-7 in the previous game.
Mohammedan SC secured their fourth win against Patha Chakra by 2-1. Roy Mahitosh and Israfil Dewann scored a goal each for Mohammedan. Mohammedan SC moved from fifth to third position with 13 points.
United SC dropped from third to fourth, having won four out of seven games. They drew with Kidderpore SC 0-0. Similarly, Kidderpore dropped from fourth position to fifth, winning three games and drawing as many.
Aryan and Southern Samity are holding the sixth and seventh spots, respectively, with seven points each. Meanwhile, with seven points each, BSS Sporting Club and Measurers Club jumped from ninth and 10th positions to eighth and ninth, respectively.
Kalighat MS slipped from eighth to 10th spot with one, three draws, and two losses. They have earned six points, maintaining a negative goal difference of -1.
Army Red and Wari continue to languish in the 11th and 12th spots, respectively, with five points each. Meanwhile, Patha Chakra, having lost five out of six games, are at the foot of the points table with one point.
