"De do bhaiya bat"- Rinku Singh's hilarious exchange with Suryakumar Yadav ahead of India vs Sri Lanka T20Is
India's newly selected T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav and batter Rinku Singh had a humorous exchange on their respective Instagram stories ahead of the T20I series against Sri Lanka. The Men in Blue are set to play three T20Is against Sri Lanka in Pallekele beginning on Saturday, July 27.
Suryakumar took to his Instagram story to post a photo of himself conversing with Rinku. The southpaw in the past has asked the likes of Virat Kohli for a bat and Suryakumar hilariously implied that Rinku asked him too for his bat.
Here's what Suryakumar wrote:
"Theek hai bat le lena."
Rinku Singh reposted the story and replied to it by writing:
"De do bhaiya bat."

Ajit Agarkar on why Suryakumar Yadav was made captain
Team India's chief selector Ajit Agarkar was asked about the decision to make Suryakumar Yadav the captain despite having Hardik Pandya as Rohit Sharma's deputy at the T20 World Cup.
Agarkar explained the importance of wanting a captain available to play all the games, indirectly highlighting the fitness concerns and workload management with Hardik Pandya.
Here's what he told the reporters in Mumbai:
"Why Surya was made the captain, because he is one of the deserving candidates. He's been around the group over the last year, we get feedback from the dressing room a lot. [He has a] good cricket brain, and [is] one of the best T20 batters in the world. One of the main issues [discussed] was that you want a captain who's likely to play all the games."
Agarkar stressed how important Hardik Pandya's contributions as an all-rounder are to the side and feels that with Suryakumar as the captain, they can manage Hardik's workload better.
