The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are all set to clash in the 68th match of IPL 2024 on Saturday (May 18). The M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru will host the high-octane contest.

CSK are currently in the fourth position on the points table with 14 points, while RCB are at the seventh spot with 12 points. "The longer the match, the brighter the chances for RCB"- Aakash Chopra on Royal Challengers Bengaluru's chances in IPL 2024 clash vs CSK

Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra previewed the upcoming IPL 2024 match in a video on his YouTube channel. He opined that RCB would have a good chance for a positive result if the match went on longer without many interruptions due to rain. He said:

"In all the matches Virat Kohli has played on 18th May, he has scored runs, which includes two centuries and a half-century. His jersey number is 18. This is going to be a humdinger. However, there are chances of rain. The longer the match, the brighter the chances for RCB. The shorter the match gets, the qualification will become more difficult."

Chopra also pointed out that this might potentially be the last game for MS Dhoni. He continued:

"We have seen a new version of Dhoni this year. He is making all of us understand that we shouldn't sit on our laurels. No matter how good the software is, it has to be updated and upgraded. Assuming MS Dhoni is not going to play after this and if this team loses this match, it could be MS Dhoni's last game. It could be a quiet sort of exit from his wonderful career."
