"Fan waale Baba ki jai ho"- Shikhar Dhawan recreates viral 'Laddu Mutya' meme
Former Team India opener Shikhar Dhawan left his followers in splits by recreating the viral 'Laddu Mutya' meme. The cricket star uploaded a reel video on his Instagram account on Tuesday, October 22, in which he can be seen imitating the 'Pankha Baba'.
The 'Laddu Mutya' meme has gone viral on social media lately as the clip of a specially-abled baba blessing his devotees by stopping a ceiling fan with his hand has caught the attention of many. Creating his own version of the trend, Dhawan wrote:
"Fan waale Baba ki jai ho 🤪🤪😂😂."
It is worth mentioning that Shikhar Dhawan has kept fans engaged on social media with his fun reels. The left-handed batter has over 18.5 million followers on Instagram and his recent 'Laddu Mutya' video has garnered close to 5 million views.
Dhawan drew curtains on his impressive career, announcing his retirement from international and domestic cricket in August. The veteran batter finished with 10,867 runs to his name in international cricket.
The 38-year-old earned the moniker of 'Mr. ICC' for his consistent performances in showpiece events. He chalked up 537 runs from 10 matches in ODI World Cups while he scored 701 runs across 10 ICC Champions Trophy matches. Dhawan was the Player of the Tournament in India's title-winning campaign at the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.
