Full list of Bangladesh players in IPL 2025 auction
The IPL 2025 auction is all set to get underway in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24 and 25. Five hundred and seventy-four players from across nations have been shortlisted to go under the hammer. The initial long list contained 1,574 names, which was cut down after feedback was received from franchises.
Of the 547 cricketers shortlisted for the IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah, 366 are Indian players, while 208 are overseas cricketers (three from Associate nations). The list features 318 uncapped Indian cricketers and 12 uncapped overseas cricketers. Further, 48 capped Indian players and 193 capped overseas players have been picked for the auction.
Talking about slots available, following retentions, 204 slots are up for grabs at the IPL 2025 auction, with 70 of them being for overseas cricketers. Players are listed in eight price brackets ranging from ₹30 lakh to ₹2 crore.
Bangladesh cricketers in IPL 2025 mega auction and their base price
Speaking of Bangladesh, 12 players from the Asian country have been shortlisted for the IPL 2025 mega auction. Of the 12 players, only one - Mustafizur Rahman - has registered the highest base price of ₹2 crore.
The seasoned left-arm pacer represented Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2024. He had an impressive season, claiming 14 wickets in nine games, with a best of 4-29.
Three Bangladesh cricketers Taskin Ahmed, Shakib Al Hasan, and Mehidy Hasan Miraz have listed a reserve price of ₹1 crore. Rishad Hossain, Litton Das, Towhid Hridoy, Shoriful Islam, and Tanzim Hasan Sakib are prominent players from Bangladesh who have been picked for the IPL 2025 auction. All five players have listed a base price of ₹75 lakh.

The 10 IPL franchises have been given a purse of ₹120 crore each to build their squads for the 2025 edition. Punjab Kings (PBKS) retained only two players and thus have the highest purse remaining - ₹110.5 crore. On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals (RR) retained six and have the smallest purse left - ₹41 crore.
