Full list of players with ₹1.5 crore base price for IPL 2025 auction

The final player list for the IPL 2025 auction was announced by the BCCI recently. The long list of 1,574 players was pruned to 574 names following feedback from franchises. Of the 574 players, who will be part of the mega auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24 and 25, 366 are Indians and 208 overseas, with three of them being from Associate nations.

The final list includes 318 uncapped Indian players and 12 uncapped overseas cricketers. Further, 48 capped Indian cricketers and 193 capped overseas players will be part of the upcoming auction.

Following the retention announcement by all 10 franchises last month, a total of 204 slots will be up for grabs at the IPL 2025 mega auction, with 70 slots being available for overseas cricketers. ₹2 crore is highest reserve price for the IPL 2025 auction, with 81 players registering in this bracket.


Players with reserve price of ₹1.5 cr for IPL auction 2025

A total of 27 players have registered in the second-highest price bracket of ₹1.5 crore for the IPL 2025 mega auction. Ajinkya Rahane and Nitish Rana are the Indian names in the list. Rahane was released following a poor season with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), while Nitish Rana was part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The left-hander played only two matches for the franchise in 2024.

Among overseas names, David Miller, Rachin Ravindra and Rovman Powell have listed a reserve price of ₹1.5 crore. Miller represented Gujarat Titans (GT) from 2022 to 2024. He had a disappointing season earlier this year, managing 210 runs at a strike rate of 151.08. Ravindra contributed 222 runs in 10 matches for CSK, while Powell was inconsistent in his role as finisher for Rajasthan Royals (RR).
