Full list of players with ₹75 lakh base price for IPL 2025 auction
The IPL 2025 auction will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia over two days on November 24 and November 25. The BCCI recently released the final list of players who will be part of the mega auction. The initial long list of 1,574 players has been cut down to 574 names after feedback from franchises.
Of the 574 cricketers who have been shortlisted for the upcoming auction, 366 are Indian players, while 208 are overseas, with three of them being from Associate nations. The list includes 318 uncapped Indian players and 12 uncapped overseas cricketers. Also, there are 48 capped Indian players and 193 capped overseas players who will be part of the mega auction.
All the 10 franchises confirmed their retentions on October 31 and now 204 slots are up for grabs at the IPL 2025 auction in Jeddah, with 70 slots available for overseas players. Players from across the globe have registered in eight different price brackets, ranging from ₹30 lakh to ₹2 crore.
Players with reserve price of ₹75 lakh for the IPL 2025 mega auction
While 81 players have listed the highest base price of ₹2 crore for the IPL 2025 auction, as many as 92 players have registered in the ₹75 lakh category. Rahul Tripathi, Prithvi Shaw, Manish Pandey, Deepak Hooda, Sarfaraz Khan and Shivam Mavi are among the prominent Indian names in the ₹75 lakh price bracket.
Tripathi represented Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) from 2022 to 2024 with mixed results. In the 2024 season, he played only six matches, scoring 165 runs at an average of 27.50 and a strike rate of 143.48. As for Shaw, the opener has been released by Delhi Capitals (DC). He played only eight matches for the franchise in IPL 2024, scoring 198 runs at an average of 24.75 and a strike rate of 163.64.

All the 10 franchises have been given a purse of ₹120 crore for the IPL 2025 mega auction. Following retentions, Rajasthan Royals (RR) have the lowest purse of ₹41 crore left. Punjab Kings (PBKS) have the highest purse remaining (₹110.5 crore) after they spent only ₹9.5 crore to retain two players.
