Hardik Pandya shares cute picture of son Agastya with Ganpati Bappa amid Ganeshotsav 2024
Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya enjoyed Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations with his family. Taking to Instagram, the cricket star's brother Krunal Pandya shared a video of the arrival of Ganpati Bappa at the Pandya residence.
Amid the festivities, Hardik shared an Instagram story on Thursday, September 12, in which his son Agastya was sitting near Lord Ganesh's idol. It is worth mentioning that Agastya returned to India with his mother Natasa Stankovic earlier this month after being in Serbia for a while.
Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic tied the knot on May 31 in 2020. The couple welcomed a baby boy, Agastya, on July 30, of the same year. The two renewed their wedding vows on February 14, 2023.
After four years of marriage, Hardik and Natasa announced their separation by sharing a joint statement on social media earlier this year in July. The statement suggested that the two have mutually decided to part ways and would continue to co-parent their son.
Hardik Pandya was recently seen doing bowling practice with a red ball
Hardik has been a vital cog in Team India's limited-overs teams for a few years. However, the player has avoided playing red-ball cricket since 2018 due to injury concerns.
He is not part of the ongoing Duleep Trophy 2024 as well. The 30-year-old hinted at a return to Test cricket, sharing videos of him bowling with a red ball.
Hardik has played 11 Test matches, scoring 532 runs and taking 17 wickets. His last appearance in Test cricket came during India's tour of England in 2018.
The ace all-rounder will next be seen in action during India's upcoming three-match home T20I series against Bangladesh. The opening encounter will be played at New Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium in Gwalior on October 6.
