[In Picture] Jasprit Bumrah shares adorable picture with wife Sanjana Ganesan ahead of BGT 2024-25 4th Test

Team India vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah recently posted an adorable picture of himself in the company of his wife Sanjana Ganesan ahead of the fourth Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT 2024-25) Test. He is in Australia since last month, participating in the series.

In Rohit Sharma's absence, Bumrah captained the Indian team in the first Test in Perth. The ace pacer led the team with aplomb and helped them register an emphatic 295-run victory with an astonishing bowling performance.

Australia then made a comeback in Adelaide to level the series with a convincing 10-wicket win in the pink-ball rubber. The third Test in Brisbane ended in a draw last week due to multiple rain interruptions.

Jasprit Bumrah has been the driving force for India in the bowling department, picking up 21 wickets across the three games, and is currently leading the charts. India's hopes of retaining the Border-Gavaskar Trophy hinge heavily on Bumrah as they prepare for the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne.

Ahead of the crucial contest, Jasprit Bumrah gave fans a glimpse of his life outside the field by sharing a photo through his official Instagram handle. In it, he could be seen posing with his wife, Sanjana Ganesan, sporting a warm smile.

"He is a different-level bowler" - Aakash Chopra on Jasprit Bumrah after his heroics in the ongoing BGT 2024-25 series against Australia

Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra recently heaped praise on Jasprit Bumrah for his remarkable performances and called him a miracle man. He backed his views by pointing out the achievements of Bumrah across different formats and countries. In a video uploaded on his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra said:

"We should talk about Jasprit Bumrah because the guy is different. At times, you don't appreciate someone at that time but later. Who has had such an impact? He is No. 1 on every list. He is a different-level bowler. He is a magician. He is a maverick. He is a master. He is a miracle man. He does the job whether you give him the new ball or the old ball. Which fast bowler has good numbers in India? He has them."

Effusive in his praise of the Indian pace spearhead, Chopra added:

"What a player. Bumrah is already in my books one of the greatest of all times. Where he would reach is for much later. He has returned after surgery. All of us doubted whether he would play for India again. He has returned better than before."
