Team India's ace batter Virat Kohli unwinded by going out with his wife Anushka Sharma ahead of the side's upcoming third Test of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) against Australia. The couple visited the theme park Bluey's World at Northshore Pavillion in Brisbane,
Kohli and Anushka even posed as Bandit and Chilli, the Heeler family couple from the Australian animated series Bluey. Anushka, a popular Indian actress, shared a couple of Instagram stories, giving fans a glimpse of their fun.
In one of the stories, she described their experience at Bluey's World as the 'Best day ever'. Anushka posted:
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma recently celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary in Australia. The power couple married on December 11, 2017, in Tuscany, Italy.
On the cricketing front, Kohli notched up his 81st century in international cricket with an unbeaten 100-run knock in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy opener in Perth. However, he bagged twin failures in the subsequent pink ball Adelaide Test, registering scores of 7 and 11.
"He can score four centuries in the series" - Sunil Gavaskar backs Virat Kohli to get big runs in remaining BGT 2024-25 Tests
Indian batting legend Sunil Gavaskar has backed Virat Kohli to hit a century in the upcoming Brisbane Test against Australia. He also pointed out that by crossing the three-figure-mark in the fixture, the right-handed batter will join him and Sir Alastair Cook as the only overseas batters to have a century in all Australian Test venues.
Gavaskar opined that Kohli could finish with four centuries to his name in the ongoing series. The cricketer-turned-commentator told Star Sports:
"If he scores a century in Brisbane, it will be great. It's an incentive as well as you know that you join a club if you score a century in Brisbane, the one to score a century everywhere in Australia."
"After that, going forward he will play in Melbourne and Sydney, where he has scored centuries. So he can score centuries there as well. It means he can score four centuries in the series," Gavaskar added.
Virat Kohli will be seen in action in the upcoming Brisbane Test against Australia, starting Saturday, December 14.
