Left-arm spinner Tanuja Kanwar received her maiden India cap from pacer Renuka Singh ahead of India’s second league game of the Women's Asia Cup T20 2024 against the United Arab Emirates Women on Sunday, July 21, at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.

Tanuja is now set to make her India debut after UAE Women won the toss and asked the Women in Blue to bat first.
