[In Pictures] Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma step out for breakfast in Mumbai
Team India stalwart Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma recently stepped out in Mumbai for breakfast at Benne Bombay and also posed for a picture with the staff. Kohli is currently on a mini-break from cricket after participating in the Test series against New Zealand, which concluded earlier this month. The Kiwis scripted history by becoming the first-ever team to white-wash India at their home in a Test series comprising three or more matches.
Virat Kohli had a forgettable series with the bat, scoring just 93 runs across six innings at an average of 15.50, including a solitary half-century. He will be hoping to regain his form soon, as India will next face a stern challenge in Australia during the upcoming five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy series. It will commence on November 22, with the first Test in Perth.
One of Virat Kohli's ardent fans shared a couple of photos on X (formerly Twitter) to give a glimpse of the star cricketer's off-field activities during the break. In it, Kohli and Anushka Sharma could be seen in the company of staff of Benne Bombay, where they enjoyed breakfast.

"The last five years' story is not good"- Aakash Chopra on Virat Kohli's Test form after poor series vs New Zealand
Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra recently analyzed Virat Kohli's batting returns in Test cricket over the past few years following his lean run in the New Zealand series. He felt that Kohli's aura had been diminishing due to his recent failures. In a video on his YouTube channel, Chopra said:
"Kohli also has just one fifty in 10 innings. If you see other than that, you will find that he left a lot to be desired. In fact, you can see his entire year. He didn't play the England series. I thought that was a big miss.
"The last five years' story is not good and the last 10 innings are not good at all. Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar or Sir Vivian Richards, these players have an aura, that once they come to bat, they would dictate."
He added:
"That sort of aura used to be there when Kohli used to come. When Virat Kohli comes now, it seems like he can be dismissed without any issues. I am not saying that. You can see that from the opposing team's body language. The error of judgment is happening repeatedly. Sometimes a full toss is missed and you take a run after hitting straight to the fielder on another occasion."
