Prithvi Shaw starred with the bat for Mumbai in their second innings against the Rest of India at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on Day 4 (Friday, October 4). The right-handed batter scored 76 runs off 105 balls with the aid of one six and eight boundaries. He kept scoring runs as wickets continued to fall at regular intervals.
With the knock, Shaw also returned to form after managing just four runs off seven balls in the first innings. The 24-year-old had also managed 71 runs in four innings for Northamptonshire in the County Championship.

At the time of writing, Mumbai were 138/6, with Sarfaraz Khan and Tanush Kotian at the crease. Saransh Jain has been the pick of the bowlers, scalping four wickets so far.
Batting first, Mumbai posted 537 in their first innings. Sarfaraz Khan top-scored with an unbeaten 222 off 286 balls, hitting four sixes and 25 boundaries.
