India women batter Jemimah Rodrigues took to Instagram to put out a post stating her dissatisfaction at missing out on the band Coldplay's concert tickets. The concert is scheduled to take place in January next year.
Jemimah is known to have a good connection with music. She has been a guitarist and has often posted videos of her music covers on social media. The 24-year-old, a fan of Coldplay, put out a carousel of photos and posted it on her official Instagram handle with the following caption:
"Jiss din DY Patil mein enter karne ke liye ticket chaiye tha, usi din nahi mila yaar #dukh #dard #peeda #coldplay" (Didn't get the tickets of the day I wanted to enter DY Patil).

Jemimah Rodrigues will participate in the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup
Jemimah Rodrigues has been selected in India's 15-player squad for the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup in the UAE. The 24-year-old has been in fine form, scoring 105 runs for the Trinbago Knight Riders Women in the recently concluded Women's CPL. She played a match match-winning unbeaten 59-run knock against Barbados Royals Women.
She was also a part of the Indian side that played in Sri Lanka in the 2024 Women's Asia Cup. Across four innings, Rodrigues scored 77 runs at an average of 38.50 as India lost to Sri Lanka by eight wickets in the summit clash.
India will be playing two warm-up matches against West Indies and South Africa in preparation for the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup. The Women In Blue will then face New Zealand in their tournament opener at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, on October 4.
