Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates played the sixth game of the Nepal T20I Tri-Series 2023 on Wednesday, October 25, at the Mulpani Cricket Ground, Kathmandu. Hong Kong won the toss and elected to bat here.

Hong Kong lost an early wicket at 33 runs in the 5th over. Martin Coetzee and Anshuman Rath added 106 runs for the second wicket. Anshuman missed on a well-deserved half-century, but Coetzee went on to score his maiden half-century.

He was dismissed for 86 runs off 55 deliveries. Babar Hayat played a knock of 60 runs off just 20 deliveries and helped Hong Kong post a massive total of 212 runs.

The UAE lost three wickets inside the powerplay and didn’t get the start they would have wanted. A few batters made 30-plus runs for the team, but that was not enough.

They could only drag the team to a total of 143 runs at the completion of the 20th over. UAE lost the match by 69 runs.
