“No more Bazball” – Mohammad Rizwan teases Harry Brook for playing a defensive shot against Noman Ali in 2024 PAK vs ENG 3rd Test
Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan teased Harry Brook for playing a defensive shot against Noman Ali on Day 1 of the third and final Test against England in Rawalpindi (Thursday, October 24). Rizwan taunted Brook about England’s aggressive game as the latter failed to get off the mark, surviving a brilliant delivery from Noman before backing off the next ball.
Rizwan said (via stumps mic):
"No more Bazball."
Rizwan’s reaction came during the 22nd over of England’s first innings. Former England captain Nasser Hussain, on comms, pointed out the importance of playing with a straight bat on the rank turner. He added that Brook is trained to play such deliveries towards the leg side.
