"Proud of you always!" - Sachin Tendulkar shares heartfelt note on son Arjun Tendulkar's 25th birthday

Indian batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar is celebrating his 25th birthday today (Tuesday, September 24). Sachin penned down a sweet note on his child's special day to wish him a happy birthday.

In his wish, he mentioned that he takes inspiration from Arjun's love for life and dedication towards his goal. He also revealed that the 25-year-old was working hard in the gym even on his birthday.

Sachin wrote on Instagram:

"Happy birthday to my amazing son, Arjun! Your love for life and relentless dedication inspire me every day. Watching you hit the gym first thing this morning just shows your incredible work ethic. Proud of you always! Here’s to another year of chasing your dreams! 🎉💪."

Arjun Tendulkar is a left-arm pacer and a lower-order batter who has featured in 13 first-class matches so far in his career. The youngster has been part of the Mumbai Indians' (MI) squad in the past four editions of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

He made his IPL debut last year against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in April 2023. Arjun has three wickets to his name from five matches in the league at an economy rate of 9.37. On the domestic front, he shifted base to Goa in 2022 after not getting enough opportunities in Mumbai.


"Centre of our universe" - Sara Tendulkar shared a sweet birthday wish for Arjun Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar's daughter Sara Tendulkar shared a sweet birthday message for her brother Arjun Tendulkar. She shared a few pictures of Arjun, including one from their childhood.

She noted that her brother is the centre of the universe for the Tendulkar family. Adding that she is proud of his achievements, Sara wrote in her Instagram post:

"Happy 2️⃣5️⃣th birthday to the baby of the house and centre of our universe🏠 Love you and always proud of you❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️."
