Star Indian batter Shreyas Iyer was spotted at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai on Sunday, June 15, where he posed for the paparazzi. The 30-year-old was last seen in action leading the SoBo Mumbai Falcons in the T20 Mumbai 2025.
On Sunday, the Instagram page @voompla shared a video capturing the Mumbai batter’s arrival at the airport and his brief interaction with the paps.

Shreyas Iyer’s SoBo Mumbai Falcons went head-to-head with Siddhesh Lad’s Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals in the T20 Mumbai 2025 final, played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Thursday, June 12.
Asked to bat first, the Falcons managed 157/4 in their 20 overs. Mayuresh Tandel held the innings together with an unbeaten 50 off 32 balls, while Harsh Aghav provided valuable support with 45* off 28 deliveries. Captain Shreyas Iyer couldn’t make much of an impact, contributing 12 runs from 17 balls.
In reply, Chinmay Sutar anchored the Maratha Royals’ chase with a steady 53 off 49 balls, and Awais Khan Naushad provided the finishing touches with a brisk 38 off 24. The Royals reached the target with four balls to spare, clinching a five-wicket victory and the T20 Mumbai 2025 title.

Shreyas Iyer made his T20I debut for India against New Zealand in 2017 and has since played 51 matches in the format. The middle-order batter has scored 1,104 runs at an average of 30.66 and a strike rate of 136.12, which includes eight half-centuries.
The 30-year-old has also appeared in 70 ODIs, amassing 2,845 runs at an impressive average of 48.22 and a strike rate of 100.00, with 22 fifties and five centuries to his credit. In addition, Iyer has represented India in 14 Test matches, scoring 811 runs at an average of 36.86, including five fifties and one century.
