Sixty Strikes 2024: Where to watch and live-streaming details in India?
The maiden edition of the Sixty Strikes tournament is set to begin on October 4. This tournament will be held by the University of Texas at Dallas in an official partnership with the National Cricket League USA (NCL USA).
The tournament will see six teams taking part, namely - Texas Gladiators CC, Dallas Lonestars CC, New York Lions CC, Los Angeles Waves CC, Atlanta Kings CC, and Chicago CC. Some world-class players from all over the globe are set to feature in the Sixty Strikes tournament.
Each team will play five matches in the league stage. The first qualifier will be played on Saturday, October 12. The eliminator and second qualifier will take place on Sunday, October 13 while the final will be played on Tuesday, October 15. On the opening day, Texas Gladiators CC and Dallas Lonestars CC will play the first match of the Sixty Strikes 2024 tournament.
Each team in the Sixty Strikes 2024 tournament features some well-known names. Ben Cutting, Isuru Udana, Mohammad Nabi, and Suresh Raina are some big names in the New York Lions CC. Tamim Iqbal, Shahid Afridi, Wahab Riaz, and RP Singh are some prominent names in the Texas Gladiators CC squad.
Hashmatullah Shahidi, Shakib Al Hasan, Johnson Charles, and Tymal Mills are some big names in the Los Angeles Waves CC setup. Chris Lynn, Robin Uthappa, Sikander Raza, and Sohal Tanvir are key figures in the Chicago CC side whereas Colin Munro, Pragyan Ojha, Dinesh Karthik, and Keshav Maharaj are popular names for Dallas Lonestar CC.
Finally, Atlanta Kings CC have the likes of James Neesham, Sam Billings, Angelo Matthews, and Imran Tahir among big names in their side.
