Sri Lanka Asia Cup 2022 schedule: Full list of Sri Lanka’s matches in Asia Cup, timings in IST and live streaming details
Sri Lanka were among the six sides that featured in the group stage of the Asia Cup 2022 T20 tournament. The event began in the UAE on August 27 and will conclude on September 11. In fact, the tournament was supposed to take place in Sri Lanka, but the venue had to be shifted owing to the ongoing economic crisis in the country.
Apart from Sri Lanka, the Asia Cup group stage included India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The sides were divided into two groups (A and B). Sri Lanka were in Group B with Bangladesh and Afghanistan. India and Pakistan were placed in Group A with Hong Kong.
Sri Lanka and Afghanistan have qualified for the Super 4 round from Group B. The islanders were stunned by eight wickets in their first match against Afghanistan. However, they beat Bangladesh by two wickets in a tense contest to seal their Super 4 berth.
The top two Asia Cup teams at the end of the Super 4 will battle it out in the finals in Dubai on September 11.

September 1, Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh, 5th Match, Group B: Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai (7.30 pm).
September 3, Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan, Match 1 of Super 4: Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah (7.30 pm).
September 6: Sri Lanka vs India, Match 3 of Super 4: Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai (7.30 pm).
September 9: Sri Lanka vs Pakistan, Match 6 of Super 4: Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai (7.30 pm).
