Team India's schedule for 2024-25 home season: List of matches, venues and timings in IST
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday, June 20 announced the senior men's cricket team's schedule for the international home season 2024-25. India will play host to Bangladesh, New Zealand and England from September 2024 to February 2025.
India's international home season will begin in September with a two-match Test series against Bangladesh, which will be followed by a three-match T20I series. The first Test will begin in Chennai on September 19 and the second in Kanpur from September 27. The three T20Is will be played in Dharamshala, Delhi and Hyderabad on October 6, October 9 and October 12 respectively.
Following the series against Bangladesh, India will play host to New Zealand for three Tests in October-November 2024. The first Test will start in Bengaluru on October 16, while the second will get underway in Pune on October 24. The third and final Test of the series will begin on November 1 in Mumbai.
Speaking of England's tour of India, the white-ball series will feature five T20Is and three ODIs. The T20Is will be played from January 22 to February 2, while the one-dayers will be played on February 6, 9 and 12.

India, led by Rohit Sharma, are currently featuring in the ICC Men's 2024 T20 World Cup. The Men in Blue defeated Afghanistan by 47 runs in their first Super 8 match on Thursday. Their second Super 8 game will be against Bangladesh at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on January 22.
