Team India's special Vistara 'UK1845' Flight pays tribute to Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma

Team India is on their way to Mumbai from Delhi in a Vistara flight ‘UK1845.’ The flight name has seemingly caught the attention of fans, as the numbers 18 and 45 have been dedicated to Virat Kohli and Indian captain Rohit Sharma.

The airline company also hinted about the same when they tweeted on X on July 4, writing on X (formerly Twitter):

"UK1845 🏏🏆 #Staytuned."

Team India created history by defeating South Africa in the final of the 2024 T20 World Cup by seven runs after going unbeaten in the entire competition. This was the Men in Blue’s second T20 World Cup title, with the first coming in the inaugural edition in 2007.

Following the win, the veteran duo announced their retirement from the shortest format of the game. Indian captain Rohit Sharma finished as the leading run-getter in T20Is. The right-handed batter scored 4,231 runs in 159 matches. Sharma hit 32 fifties and five centuries throughout his career.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli finished his T20I career as the second-highest run scorer in the format. The former Indian captain scored 4,188 runs in 125 matches at an average of 48.6.
