The Hundred 2024: How to purchase tickets?

The Hundred Men’s and Women’s competition are scheduled to start on the same day on Tuesday, July 23. Oval Invincibles and Birmingham Phoenix would be up against each other at the Kennington Oval in London. Southern Brave, London Spirit, Manchester Originals, Welsh Fire, Northern Superchargers and Trent Rockets are the other six teams in the competitions.

Both the men’s and women’s competition would take place simultaneously and hence, no shortage of entertainment is expected. The inaugural editions were set to be played in 2020, but had to be postponed due to the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic. But once the tournament got underway in 2021, it has only grown in stature.

The Invincibles’ women’s team won the women’s title in 2021 and 2022 while the men’s team came up trumps last year. In the women’s competition, the Brave played two finals, but lost both times to the Invincibles.

In the men’s tournament, the Originals finished as the runners-up in 2022 and 2023 after losing to the Rockets and Invincibles respectively. Sophia Dunkley and Phil Salt are the leading run-scorers of the Hundred with 699 and 707 runs respectively.

Adil Rashid and Amanda-Jade Wellington, both leg-spinners, are top wicket-takers with 31 and 35 wickets respectively. Will Smeed, Will Jacks, Harry Brook and Tammy Beaumont are the ones to have scored centuries in the Hundred.
