[Watch] "All the best for Australia" - Urvashi Rautela's message to Rishabh Pant for BGT 2024-25

Indian actress Urvashi Rautela recently wished Team India's wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant good luck for the side's ongoing five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test series against Australia. Urvashi grabbed headlines a couple of years back by suggesting that someone named 'RP' waited several hours at a hotel lobby to meet her, leading to conjecture over their relationship status.

The 30-year-old actor later blamed the media for blowing her comments out of proportion. Urvashi seems to have let bygones be bygones as she wished Pant all the best for the BGT 2024-25 series.

During an interview with Filmygyan, Urvashi Rautela was asked to give a hashtag for Pant. She responded by saying:

"All the best for Australia."

Rishabh Pant bagged a record-shattering deal from LSG at IPL 2025 auction

After being released by Delhi Capitals (DC), Rishabh Pant entered the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 auction with a base price of ₹2 crore. The stumper's name sparked a bidding war on the first day of the two-day event.

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) were involved in an intense bidding war for Pant. He was initially sold to LSG for ₹20.75 crore.

However, DC exercised their Right to Match (RTM) option, leading to LSG increasing their bid to a whopping ₹27 crore. Lucknow eventually roped in the player as Delhi rejected the offer.

Pant is now the most expensive player in the league's history. Following a nine-year stint with DC, he is set to ply his trade for LSG in IPL 2025.
