[Watch] Daniel Worrall bowls 10 consecutive dot balls against Tom Kohler-Cadmore in The Hundred

London Spirit pacer Daniel Worrall kickstarted his side's The Hundred clash against the Welsh Fire on a historic note. The right-arm bowler delivered 10 consecutive dot balls to opening batter Tom Kohler-Cadmore at Lord's on Thursday, August 1.

Worrall took the new ball from one end and troubled the right-arm batter with some early movement. Kohler-Cadmore struggled to get off the mark, failed to find the gaps, and kept playing and missing.

The pacer continued to bowl from the other end, extending the set, and kept on troubling the batter as the pressure increased. The near misses continued as the set ended without a run being added to the board.

Have a look at the brilliant piece of bowling:

Tom Kohler-Cadmore finally got off the mark in the next over, that too after an inside edge that ran away for four. His struggle at the crease came to an end when he tried to pull Olly Stone, but ended up being brilliantly caught by Andre Russell.

Daniel Worrall conceded only 16 runs off 20 deliveries in his spell with 1 wicket

The opening set of 10 deliveries set the tempo for the London Spirit as the Welsh Fire struggled with the bat in their innings. Worrall dismissed Luke Wells to sink the opposition further, and he ended his spell conceding only 16 runs off 20 balls.

The brilliant bowling performance restricted the visitors to just 94-9, with only Wells crossing the 20-run mark. Liam Dawson emerged as the pick among the bowlers, claiming three wickets while conceding only 10 runs, and was adjudged player of the match.

London Spirit managed to secure their first win of the season after chasing down the total with 13 balls and three wickets to spare. They are next scheduled to take on defending champions, the Oval Invincibles at Lord's on Sunday, August 4.
