[Watch] Krunal Pandya's unbelievable one-handed boundary save leaves Naman Dhir disappointed in MI vs LSG match

Lucknow Super Giants all-rounder Krunal Pandya pulled off one of the best boundary saves in cricket history against the Mumbai Indians. Krunal first went for a one-handed catch near the long-off region, but realized that he would land outside the boundary. Thus, he threw the ball into the field of play beforing landing outside.

On the second ball of the MI vs LSG match's final over, Naman Dhir tried to smash a six off Naveen-ul-Haq's bowling. MI needed 34 runs off the last six balls, and Naman started Naveen's over with a maximum. Had he cleared the boundary once again, the momentum would have been in his favor, with MI needing 22 off four.

However, Krunal Pandya denied Naman the six on the second ball. You can watch the video of that incredible save here:

After the fantastic save, Krunal Pandya came back into the field of play and threw the ball quickly towards the non-striker's end, almost dismissing Naman Dhir run-out. The Mumbai Indians got only one run off that delivery.

The equation read 27 runs from four balls, meaning Krunal's save sealed the deal for LSG. In the end, LSG won the match by 19 runs.

"Whatever the hard work you put in training-wise is a reflection of this" - Krunal Pandya delighted to pull off an incredible save

Speaking with the host broadcasters after the MI vs LSG match ended, Krunal reflected on his fantastic save near the boundary line and said:

"I mean it's just that I guess fielding is more related to fitness. Whatever the hard work you put in training wise is a reflection of this. Was happy to be able to pull that off."
