Team India's newest squad member Mayank Yadav was seen bowling in the nets ahead of the three-game T20I series against Bangladesh, beginning on October 6 in Gwalior. The 22-year-old is one of the three uncapped players in the T20I squad to face Bangladesh and his inclusion was arguably the highlight. The youngster attracted plenty of eyeballs during IPL 2024 as he sent down rockets while plying his trade for the Lucknow Super Giants as he clocked above 145 mph consistently. However, Mayank managed to play only four matches as an injury cut short his season.
