[Watch] Mitchell Marsh is bemused after receiving mini-bowl as trophy following Australia's T20I triumph over Scotland

Australia's T20I skipper Mitchell Marshl looked confused after being handed a mini-bowl as a trophy following his side's T20I triumph over Scotland. A few other members of the victorious Australian team were also bemused over the rather bizarre-looking trophy.

The Aussies hammered Scotland 3-0 in a three-match T20I series played at the Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh from September 4 to September 7. The visitors won the first T20I by seven wickets, the second by 70 runs, and the third and final match by six wickets.

While Australia breezed through the series, a video is now going viral on social media in which skipper Marsh is seen receiving the trophy for beating Scotland 3-0. Unlike normal trophies though, this one wore a different look, leaving the Australia captain bemused. His teammates as well were unsure of how to pose with the mini-bowl.

As per a report in the Times of India, the mini-bowl is known in Scotland as a 'quaich' and is often used for drinking whiskey and other beverages.

Apart from the Australian players, cricket fans were also amused to see the kind of trophy that the visitors were handed for beating Scotland in the T20I series. Below are some funny reactions.

Having beaten Scotland, the Aussies will now face Ashes rivals England in a three-match T20I series starting September 11 at The Rose Bowl in Southampton.
