[Watch] Nangeyalia Kharote runs out Zakir Hasan with a direct hit in Afghanistan vs Bangladesh 3rd ODI
Nangeyalia Kharote produced a brilliant direct hit to dismiss Zakir Hasan in the third ODI between Afghanistan and Bangladesh in Sharjah on Monday, November 11. Hasan departed for just four runs as Bangladesh were reduced to 58/3.
The dismissal came in the 11th over of Bangladesh innings. Azmatullah Omarzai bowled back of a length ball angling towards off. The ball straightened after pitching and squared up Mehidy Hasan Miraz, who defended it towards point.
The batter took a couple of steps for a single before deciding against it at the last minute. He sent his partner Zakir back but it was too late. Kharote then took a shot at the stumps and hit it towards the bowler’s end, resulting in a wicket.
