[Watch] Mark Chapman survives 3 dropped catches en route 87* off 42 balls in Pakistan vs New Zealand 3rd T20I
Player of the Match Mark Chapman was dropped thrice in the third T20I between Pakistan and New Zealand in Rawalpindi on Sunday (April 21).
Chapman took all the Pakistan bowlers to the cleaners, scoring an unbeaten 87 runs off 42 balls at a strike rate of 207.14, including four sixes and nine boundaries. The left-handed batter shared a 117-run partnership with Dean Foxcroft for the third wicket.
The first catch drop came during the ninth over of New Zealand's run-chase. Shadab Khan bowled a full-length ball and Chapman (16* off 9) attempted to play it towards the backward square leg but ended up getting a top edge. Naseem was quick to fetch the ball from fine leg but failed to grab it despite getting his hand on it.

What happened in Pakistan vs New Zealand T20I?
New Zealand captain Michael Bracewell won the toss and chose to bowl first against Pakistan in Rawalpindi on Sunday.
Asked to bat first, the Men in Green posted 178/4 in their allotted 20 overs. Saim Ayub and Babar Azam provided a decent start by sharing a 55-run partnership for the opening wicket.
Azam scored 37 runs off 29 deliveries, including one six and four boundaries. Ayub also hit 32 off 22, comprising one maximum and five boundaries. Mohammed Rizwan also chipped in with 22 off 21 before getting retired hurt.
Shadab Khan and Irfan Khan provided the late flourish. Shadab smashed 41 off 20 with the help of two sixes and four boundaries. Irfan stayed unbeaten on 30 off 20, comprising one six and three boundaries.
Ish Sodhi was the leading wicket-taker for NZ, returning with two scalps, while skipper Bracewell and Jacob Duffey bagged one each.
In response, the BlackCaps achieved the target with 10 balls to spare. Tim Robinson (28 off 19) and Tim Seifert (21 off 16) provided a promising start for the Kiwis in the run-chase. Dean Foxcroft also chipped in with 31 off 29.
The five-match T20I series is currently tied at 1-1. The two teams will next face off in the fourth T20I at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on April 25.
