Rohit Sharma on his conversations with Gautam Gambhir
Ahead of the first ODI against Sri Lanka, Rohit Sharma addressed the press and was asked about the conversations he had with Gautam Gambhir. On this, here's what Rohit had to say:
"We were talking about cricket that how we need to take the team forward where all do we lack and where all have we performed well. Basically, it was just about catching up as we couldn’t meet before and we only met here (in Sri Lanka). So, we were discussing about our plans ahead for the upcoming tournaments."
Rohit also shed light on Gambhir's nature and claimed that the Indian head coach also cracked jokes and kept the atmosphere light. On this, he added:
"Gauti Bhai has a lot of fun in the dressing room and cracks jokes. It’s his personal thing and we shouldn’t try and get into his personal space that whether he will smile or not. Everyone is unique, it’s someone’s personal choice."
