Indian captain Rohit Sharma was seen taking extra care of the T20 World Cup trophy ahead of the team's open-top bus parade in Mumbai. The Men in Blue decided to celebrate the T20 World Cup triumph with a parade lasting from the National Centre of Performing Arts at Nariman Point to the Wankhede Stadium.

Rohit Sharma took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that the Men in Blue would be having an open-top bus parade at the Marine Drive. He urged the fans to be present for the parade from 5pm and here's what he posted:
"🇮🇳, we want to enjoy this special moment with all of you. So let’s celebrate this win with a victory parade at Marine Drive & Wankhede on July 4th from 5:00pm onwards. It’s coming home ❤️🏆"
