India's Test and ODI skipper Rohit Sharma and his wife Ritika Sajdeh were spotted watching a basketball game in Abu Dhabi. The Boston Celtics and the Denver Nuggets locked horns in a preseason match at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
The NBA returned to the capital city of the United Arab Emirates for the third year in a row. However, it was the first matchup between the league's last two champions.
The Nuggets prevailed over the Miami Heat 4-1 to win the 2023 season, while the Celtics won 4-2 against the Golden State Warriors to be crowned as the 2022 champions.
At half-time, the Nuggets are ahead with a 63-56 lead, with Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. leading the charge.
An Instagram account named Viral Bhayani shared a video of Rohit and his wife sitting on the sidelines of the basketball court. They were spotted enjoying the atmosphere, as both teams were warming up for the game.

Rohit Sharma led India to a Test series whitewash over Bangladesh
The Rohit Sharma-led Indian side secured a 2-0 Test series whitewash over Bangladesh recently. The first Test saw the hosts secure a dominating victory by 280 runs.
In the second match, India displayed an explosive approach to force a result after more than 2.5 days of no play. The home side managed to win by seven wickets with exceptional performances with both bat and ball.
The series victory helped them maintain the top spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) standings. With eight wins in 11 games, they boast a win percentage of 74.24.
Rohit Sharma will be next seen in action in a three-match Test series against New Zealand starting October 16 in Bengaluru.
