[Watch] Sanju Samson hits back-to-back sixes to reach 50 in IND vs SA 1st T20I

Sanju Samson continued his good form with the bat in the first of the ongoing four-match T20I series against South Africa in Durban on Friday, November 8. The right-handed batter slammed consecutive sixes to reach his half-century. This was Samson’s third T20I fifty, first against Proteas.

The milestone came in the eighth over of India’s innings. Nqabayomzi Peter first bowled a short length ball on middle and leg and Samson picked the length before depositing that over deep mid-wicket. The wicketkeeper batter repeated a similar shot as Peter bowled a half-tracker outside leg off the next delivery.
