[Watch] Tinashe Muchawaya bowls Jasprit Bumrah-like yorker to castle David Warner in Zim Afro T10 league

Tinashe Muchawaya bowled a pinpoint yorker to clean up David Warner in the Zim Afro T10 league on Wednesday, September 25. The Harare Sports Club hosted match 15 between Joburg Bangla Tigers and Bulawayo Brave Jaguars.

The sensational delivery came in the first over of Bulawayo’s innings. Muchawaya nailed a perfect yorker as Warner looked all at sea, stunned as the off and middle stumps were uprooted. Muchawaya was over the moon as he celebrated with his teammates. Warner walked back for just 1 run off two deliveries he faced.

Earlier this year, India’s Jasprit Bumrah had dismissed England’s Ollie Pope with a similar delivery in a Test match.

Sharing the video on X, Zim Afro T10 league’s official handle wrote:

“Stumps wrecked! Absolute ripper from Tinashe Muchawaya! David Warner left stunned!”

David Warner had also failed to deliver against Harare Bolts in the previous clash, scoring just 2 off six balls. The 37-year-old will be in action against the same team (Joburg) at the same venue on Thursday, September 26.
