[Watch] Varun Chakaravarthy dismisses Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller off consecutive balls to bag his maiden fifer in IND vs SA 2nd T20I

Varun Chakaravarthy starred with the ball again in the second T20I between India and South Africa in Gqeberha on Sunday, November 10. The leg spinner took the prized scalps of Klaasen (2 off 3) and Millen (golden duck) to leave the Proteas reeling at 66/6 in a modest 125-run chase.

The dismissals came in the 13th over of the Proteas run chase. Chakaravrthy bowled a tossed up delivery and Klaasen decided to attack him but only managed a simple catch to Rinku Singh at long-off. There was no power or timing on the shot.

Chakaravarthy then went around the wicket for Miller. He got the ball to drift in and straighten, which crashed into the stumps. The spinner had dismissed the duo in the series opener as well.

The 33-year-old has been excellent for the Men in Blue following his T20I comeback after three years. He has scalped 13 wickets in his last five matches.
