[Watch] Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma enjoy Kirtan in London

Indian star Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma were spotted attending a kirtan, led by Krishna Das at the Union Chapel in London. Kohli returned from the West Indies after India's triumph at the 2024 T20 World Cup for the victory parade and felicitation ceremony in Mumbai on July 4.

He left for London after the victory celebrations to join his family and enjoy the off-time.

Here is the video going viral of Kohli and Anushka enjoying the Krishna Das kirtan in London:

Krishna Das is an American vocalist renowned for performing Hindu devotional music and combining Indian classical with modern music.

Meanwhile, Kohli last played for India in the 2024 T20 World Cup and scored a match-winning 76 in the final against South Africa. The 35-year-old overcame dismal form through the tournament to deliver in the crunch game, earning him the Player of the Match award.

It was his second 70+ score in as many T20 World Cup finals after a 77(58) against Sri Lanka in the 2014 edition.

Following India's triumph in the 2024 T20 World Cup, Kohli announced his retirement from the T20I format, walking away with the champion's medal.

Team India won their first series in the post-Kohli T20I era

Team India had no trouble dispatching Zimbabwe in their first series after the 2024 T20 World Cup win. Led by Shubman Gill, a relatively inexperienced Indian outfit beat the African side 4-1 in a five-match T20I series.

Things started gloomy for India when they suffered a shocking 13-run defeat in the series opener after failing to chase 116. However, the T20 champions set things right with commanding wins in the next four outings.

A 100-run win in the second T20I was followed by a 23-run, 10-wicket, and 42-run victory with all five games played in Harare.

Skipper Gill led the run-scoring charts for the series with 170 runs at an average of 42.50 and a strike rate of 125.93. Meanwhile, off-spinning all-rounder Washington Sundar had a series to remember, finishing as the leading wicket-taker with eight wickets.

He was also named the Player of the Series as Team India started the post-Virat Kohli T20I era on a winning note.
