[Watch] Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma have fun playing street cricket for new ad
Team India stalwart Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma recently enjoyed playing gully cricket while shooting for an advertisement. The couple got married in 2017 in an intimate ceremony and have two kids together, Vamika and Akaay.
Kohli was last seen on the field during the second Test against Bangladesh in Kanpur, where India registered a magnificent victory and won the two-match series 2-0. Kohli got out cheaply for six and 17 in the first Test but quickly made a comeback, scoring 47 and 29* in the second match to get into the groove ahead of a busy Test season for India.
Anushka Sharma took to her official Instagram handle on Wednesday and shared a video to give fans a glimpse of a gully cricket battle between her and Virat Kohli, which was part of an ad. In it, the couple could be seen enjoying themselves playing cricket with funny rules and engaging in an amusing banter.

"It's good that he scored runs but the dominance, class and finesse were not seen" - Aakash Chopra on Virat Kohli's performances in Bangladesh Test series
Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra analyzed Virat Kohli's batting performances in the recently concluded Test series against Bangladesh and felt he was still not at his best. Chopra opined that the lack of quality game time over the past couple of months might have been the reason for it.
During a discussion on Colors Cineplex, Aakash Chopra said:
"When he plays, you expect the ball to always hit the middle of the bat. The ball didn't hit the middle of his bat that much. However, I am also seeing from the perspective that he didn't play anything after the T20 World Cup, went to Sri Lanka, and didn't score runs in three innings. After that, you come here straight."
He continued:
"A great player, but he still needs to score runs because he will not play the T20Is and there will be a gap of 15 days again, so runs should keep getting scored. It's good that he scored runs but the dominance, class and finesse were not seen in Virat Kohli's these innings."
Kohli will return to action on October 16 when the Test series against New Zealand will begin at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
