"With two of the greatest players in my era"- Dwayne Bravo poses with MS Dhoni and Chris Gayle

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bowling coach Dwayne Bravo posed with his former teammates MS Dhoni and Chris Gayle and shared the picture on Instagram with an interesting caption. The trio were in Bengaluru recently for the high-octane IPL 2024 match between CSK and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Saturday (May 18) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Dhoni and Bravo were in CSK camp, while Gayle sported an RCB jersey and supported his former franchise in the contest. The Royal Challengers managed to beat the Super Kings by 27 runs to seal their spot in the playoffs in front of their ardent fans at home ground. Chennai Super Kings got eliminated from the tournament in the league stage as a result.

After the match, Dwayne Bravo took to his official Instagram handle and shared a reel, in which he could be seen posing alongside the legendary duo of MS Dhoni and Chris Gayle. He humorously called it a fan-boy moment for him and termed the two players as the greatest of his era.

Bravo captioned the post:

"I had my fan moment! 🫣😅 with two of the greatest players in my era @mahi7781 and @chrisgayle333 #7 #333 #47 #GOATS 🐐🐐🐐."

"There is no doubt that he can fulfill a very important role for CSK"- Shane Watson on MS Dhoni's future in IPL going forward

Former Australian and CSK player Shane Watson recently applauded MS Dhoni for his decent batting contributions in IPL 2024. He opined that Dhoni could fulfill the same role of playing cameos in the end for a couple more seasons.

Speaking on Jio Cinema, Shane Watson said:

"He batted beautifully again. There is no doubt that he can fulfill a very important role for CSK, even if it's coming in and facing 13-15 balls each game and doing this. He played incredibly well."

Watson continued:

"Fingers crossed, MSD can roll out again for at least one or two more years, fulfilling this role which is a little less demanding physically on him anyway."
