Women's T20 World Cup 2024 Telecast Channel: Where to watch and live streaming details in India
The 2024 edition of the Women's T20 World Cup will be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from October 3 to 20. This year's tournament will be the ninth edition of the Women's T20 World Cup. The ICC event was earlier scheduled to be held in Bangladesh, but had to be shifted to the Middle East due to political unrest in Bangladesh. Australia are the defending champions of the tournament.
A total of 10 teams will be featuring in the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup and have been divided into two groups of five. India, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka have been placed in Group A. England, Scotland, West Indies, Bangladesh, and South Africa are part of Group B.
The 2024 edition of the Women's T20 World Cup will begin with a clash between Bangladesh and Scotland in Sharjah. Pakistan will take on Sri Lanka in the second match of the day at the same venue. A total of 23 matches will be played as part of the ICC event, with the final to be held in Dubai.

In India, the live telecast of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 will be available on Star Sports network channels.
"In addition to the English world feed coverage of all 23 fixtures, India matches will also be broadcast live with Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada commentary across the Star Sports network," an official ICC release stated.

The live streaming of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 can be watched on the Disney+ Hotstar app as well as the website. As per ICC, Disney+ Hotstar showcase all India matches with a sign language feed with descriptive commentary.
Women's T20 World Cup 2024 format
Each team will face the other four sides in their group once. After all 10 teams have played four matches each, the top two teams from Group A and Group B will progress to the knockout round.
The first semifinal of the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on October 17, while the second semifinal will be held at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on October 18. The tournament will conclude with the final in Dubai on October 20.
