Ravindra Jadeja prefers bowling over batting
Indian all-rounder and Chennai Super Kings key player Ravindra Jadeja has stated that he is enjoying bowling more than his batting.
It is pertinent to add that Jadeja has been excelling with the ball recently and has been quiet with the bat. Although he has played a couple of crucial innings with the bat, batting does not seem to be his favored suite. Yesterday, his bowling inspired CSK to a narrow win over the Rajasthan Royals. In the end, Jadeja bagged four wickets.
He said: “I was enjoying my bowling. Wicket was pretty slow and the ball was turning, so I was bowling on the right areas and we knew 140 was a defendable total. Bowling was more enjoyable than batting. When I went out to bat the situation was tight. So I had to play till the last ball and luckily I did.”
He has great potential to excel as a bowling all-rounder for India and CSK.
