Sachin Tendulkar tweets about the teaser launch of the film based on his life
The teaser of the film based on the Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar will be launched on 14th April 2016 at 1 p.m. The legend himself has tweeted about the same on his official twitter account.

The biopic on the master blaster will showcase his cricket and personal life in detail and according to the report, the maestro himself might star in the film. While films based on the lives of Mohammad Azharuddin and MS Dhoni are already scheduled to come out, the film on Tendulkar will definitely be a huge one for sure.
Sachin Tendulkar, the highest run-getter in both the Test and the ODI format with over 34000 runs, had an illustrious international career. He also became the first cricketer to have scored 100 international hundreds. He is often dubbed the “God of Cricket’ because of hs remarkable performances throughout his career.
The film based on him will be produced by Mumbai-based production company 200 Not Out. The company has over 150 advertisements and short films to its credit and has bagged the rights to make the film from World Sports Group (WSG). London-based award-winning writer, director, and producer, James Erskine has been roped in to direct the film on the master.
Erskine who is known for making films about the sporting world, directed One Night in Turin, which was released nationwide in the run-up to the football World Cup in 2010. He also directed the film Battle of the Sexes which captures the story of the most watched tennis match ever, between Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs.
His latest work, released in 2014, is Pantani: The Accidental Death of a Cyclist. The film was based on Marco Pantani, one of the most flamboyant and popular cyclists of the 1990s. Erskine has also directed a cricket film, From the Ashes.
