Saeed Ajmal continues to top ICC ODI rankings for bowlers
In the ICC Players Rankings for ODI Bowlers, Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan is the biggest mover in the latest rankings, as he has rocketed 12 places to ninth spot. Shakib is involved in his country’s five-ODI series against Bangladesh.
From the Australia-South Africa series, Mitchell Starc is the highest mover, jumping three places to a career-high 34th position while Faulkner also moved three places to 48th.
Pakistan’s Saeed Ajmal, who is banned from bowling in international cricket due to a suspect action, still tops the rankings with Sunil Narine breathing down his neck. Narine has also been under scrutiny for his action.
Indian bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Ravindra Jadeja find themselves in the top 10, despite the former missing the entire ODI series against Sri Lanka. Jadeja played just 1 match during India’s 5-0 victory over the Islanders.
