Shane Warne's colourful love-life to be made into a TV series, say reports
Leg-spin legend Shane Warne is known to be quite a ladies’ man and has led quite a colourful love life in the past. It looks like the same lovelife which includes a 10-year long marriage to Simone Callaghan, an engagement which failed with British model Elizabeth Hurley and several cheating scandals might be put up as a television series soon.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Channel Seven wants to have a television series which will look into the iconic Australian leg-spinner’s life beyond the cricket stadium. The paper also says that it was Channel Nine first who had first shown interest in the script but Channel Seven won the race later. Earlier in the month the former Aussie tweaker liked one of actress Emily Ratajkowski’s Instagram pictures. The photo showed Emily posing in a leotard flaunting her long legs.

When questioned about it on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Warne (laughing) could only mutter, 'I just liked her photo!' Kyle next asked him if he had commented on the picture but Warne said, 'I don't think so... I don't remember. I don't remember which photos I write a comment on...','I don't need to butter up the ladies. It's all good on that side of the world'.
This is not the first time that the 46-year-old has been up to something like it. A few days back he also tried to woo former Bachelor contestant Kiki Morris. According to Australian magazine Woman’s Day Warne has been 'persistent in sending messages' to Morris since she made her debut in The Bachelor.
'(We're) friends yes, flirty no. He's a respectful person,’ Kiki said to Daily Mail. She also said, 'Socially, I don't see him out, it's more like social media - he may drop me a line and say "looking good"or "congratulations on this" but that's as far as it goes.' Three months back he took to Twitter to squash rumours about his relationship status after being photographed kissing a mystery blonde twice.
‘Never complain or never explain, but FTR I am very very single,’ he tweeted adding ‘Not seeing anyone. Facts straight please u silly reporters!’ Warne was in the headlines in March too after enjoying yet another steamy tryst with a Simone Toon –a blonde whom he first met on the sugar daddy website.
The leg-spinner’s last official relationship was with model and DJ Emily Scott which came to a sudden end in September 2014 after just three months of being together.Perhaps the most high profile relationship Warne has had in the recent years was a three-year romance with British actress Elizabeth Hurley.
The couple began dating in 2010 some weeks after Warne separated from former wife Simone Callahan. Photos of them caused a stir in the British media as Hurley had still not revealed that she had separated from her husband Arun Nayer some months back. The pair broke up just after confirming that they were dating and reconciled their differences in 2011. They got engaged too but again separated in 2013.
