South Africa has announced their squad for the final three ODIs of the six-match series against India. The most notable inclusion is AB de Villiers, who missed out on the first three games owing to a finger injury. As was announced earlier, Faf du Plessis has been left out of the squad due to a finger injury and will not be taking further part on India's tour.

The side will be led by Aiden Markram, who took over in the absence of De Villiers. With Quinton de Kock sidelined as well, Heinrich Klaasen has been named as the wicket-keeper for the remaining three games.

While De Villiers does return to the fold, a decision on whether he will get to play will be taken after his assessment, which is currently ongoing, is complete.

The visitors have turned the tables completely in the ODI format: after having suffered consecutive defeats in the first two Tests, the Indian team managed to pull one back in the final game, and have now managed to achieve a hat-trick of wins in coloured clothing.

The fourth ODI begins at the New Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on February 10th, while the rest of the two games will be played at Port Elizabeth and Centurion. The six-match series will be followed by a three-match T20I series.

South Africa squad:

Hashim Amla, Jean-Paul Duminy, Aiden Markram(c), David Miller, Morne Morkel, Chris Morris, Khaye Zondo, Kagiso Rabada, Imran Tahir, Tabraiz Shamsi, Heinrich Klaasen, Lungi Ngidi, Andile Phehlukwayo, Farhaan Behardien, AB de Villiers.
